Sumitomo H1 - For General Purpose Cutting of Aluminium and Non Ferrous Materials
Sumitomo's H1 grade is ideal for machining all non-ferrous components such as aluminium and copper, the high rake design achieves beautiful surface finish and chip control.
Three chipbreakers are available:
AX - For negative inserts
AY - For positive inserts
AG - For postive inserts and including 3D Chipbreaker
Note:
A) Negative Inserts are available in Left Hand (L) and Right Hand (R) Versions
B) All H1 inserts are sold in packs of 10 pieces.
